16bit 16 bit allows you to see through smoke just a little. With 16 bit you are able to see the figure of the opponets body as they run through smoke. Basically, what cl_lw and cl_lc 0 does is that it makes your bullets show up in their TRUE spots. The only disadvantage is that your gun will appear to not shoot when you have higher ping (not sure how high).
