Problem login in after /reg

Sorry to trouble the admins, I tried login into the Warcraft 3 server 4/16/15. It prompt the message for login, and when I press option "1" to login, the option to enter password is unavailable. It did not give me the option to enter password. Last time I played on the server was 4/16/2015. I am wondering if it is possible to disable the login or reset it.
