I cannot get my menu to ban a valve ID, I would ask for a little bump to the next level, so I can continue to protect the GG server..

amx_banip #xxxx 1000000 reason
#xxxx is the player id (not steam/valve id) in status. 1000000 is a perm ban, otherwise in minutes if less, and reason is reason.
Having said all that, not sure which level allows banip, lol. You might not have it.
