Banned for other reason (please read)

Hello, I have something important to say here:
One day my litter brother was playing CS the server was deathmatch My Brother's name is kane, So he was playing a Non-steam game I didn't know he was cheating in the game, When i came to play with me steam account i tried to get in the server Then BOOM! i was banned I knew it was from my brother i promise you guys i talked to him got mad at him and told him to never use cheats, I am a very well known player in the server with the name (Mouse Bait) I have a steam account and I never used cheats especially with a steam account it leads to account VAC ban, Actually my brother played the game on the same IP and I was the victim of his stupid actions, That's why when i tried to connect to the server it showed that i was banned but my name wasn't in the ban details (Actually my brothers name was there for hacking reason, I promise you guys I love this server and i never wanted anyone to cheat in it, Please if you need any additional INFO from me please let me know and I will appreciate it, Thanks.
