Headline's Diet!
I lost 25 pounds doing my diet
1. Eat low carb meals. Low carb = No Bread, Wheat is fine, Dont eat Cake, Cupcakes, any thing that looks like its calling you. If it is calling you put it out of sight.
2. Join a sport. Soccer, Football, Baseball, or anything that involves running
3. Step it up a notch. Once you get used to your routine WORK HARDER!!!
4. Treat your self every ONCE IN A WHILE, i fell into this trap and gained 5 pounds and had to lose that.
5. Once you reach your goal you can lower your strictness, but still watch what you eat.
6. Your Done! Relax...
If you want to know if somethings healthy or not please feel free to ask!

i haven't had soda since Feb 08 ....
no regular bread also for more then a year
if anything wheat bread
no rice
Oiled food only once a week
Workout 5 times a week
Order a Gold Gym's series X45 Workout machine which i work on everynight before i sleep and sometimes when i wake up
ordered the AB rocket gear too
i play football once or twice every week
i do the usual cardio at the gym too
=]

I was off soda for a year.
But now I have one or two a week,can't make it a habit.
