What do the ***STARS*** mean?

-your ability to execute and follow out responsibilities as a 40 cal admin

being a positive person and positive representation of a 40 cal admin is always a plus

you also want to go up in rank some members choose not to, because the paperwork is horrendous.

I mean have you seen Sammy's Taxes! they're so Disorganized that I'm scared he'll assign the task to me! Heck I'd rather have mail duty than the paperwork!
