Help LILO ASAP please

He contacted me on FB, he can't access his COUNTER STRIKE after latest steam update. I've tried to look online for a solution but couldn't find one. We tried installing and uninstalling STEAM 3 times. CLEANED his DISK and REGISTRY. Restart comp 4 times. Updated his videocard driver, adjusted his screen resolution. I think it's steam that's causing it. Last we've tried to BETA PARTICIPATE that didn't work either. Here is a picture:

Join the club.... I can access gg, deathmatch, scrim servers, other clans servrs but not my on24 beginner server nor can I access 40 intermediate ..

all community servers have been updated. if you had problems logging in before, everything should be all good now. i can login to every server no problem

I can't join WC3. IT says wc3_none_01.spr model is missing. I reinstalled steam, I downloaded that model installed in wc3/sprints directory, still same message. I can't join WC3. Help me...

the steam update ruined all that and much more.
/servers doesnt work anymore:
chicken mod is over.
the bots are dumber than they were before because the czbots got disabled:
messed up the map chooser in wc3
and a bunch of other probles. coz of that stupid cs update

Damn, that explains a lot. I type /servers and can't join when I select a number, I can join and play at any server, but wc3, I can not. How do I fix it? Anyone has a solution?

No, still same message, I'll try to reinstall STEAM again, but don't know what good will it do, since I've tried it already.
