spawn shields, remove invisibility from teammates

Can we get spawn shields back like the previous DM server before the update? Also, sometimes when teammates reload they become invisible. If this is a mod, can we please remove it? It is distracting, DM should be as vanilla as possible.

The mods/plugins on the old DM server was fair and pretty much perfect in my opinion. Bring the good stuff back!
