We cannot do anything to VALVE ids at this time REDSKIN. Please use amx_sqlbans_menu to get a copy of their IP in the demo or a screen shot as we can ban via IPs. Otherwise try to find a 3star and up if you can to come assist you with the ban. Thank you and keep up the good work .
