Upon entering any -[.40 cal]- server, I disconnect and receive the above message in my console. It's been a little over a year since I've been banned and I haven't thought about submitting an appeal until now. I normally go by my in game name "father" but on the day I was banned, I was under another in game name which can be seen above. I understand that the name can look suspicious which may be a reason why I received the ban. I also might have had a good game/map by getting kills which may have seen as if I was hacking. This could have also been a reason I was banned. I don't use hacks since I wouldn't want to be in risk of receiving a VAC ban on my Steam account. My Steam profile will be linked https://steamcommunity.com/id/bbn97 and could be checked to verify that I am not VAC banned and have been with Steam for a while. I hope this appeal will be viewed and my ban will be taken into consideration.
